Caleb Seibert, Senior Fellow

Caleb Seibert was born in Waco, Texas and graduated from Baylor University in 2016. After serving for a year as a project coordinator for an aid and relief organization in northern Greece, Caleb returned to the United States to pursue a masters degree in public affairs from the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas. 

Caleb has previously worked as a research assistant at the American Enterprise Institute, where he conducted research and writing on upward mobility, workforce development, and prisoner reentry programming. He also worked in the United States' Senate, first as a Legislative Aide with Senator Josh Hawley and later as a Legislative Assistant for Senator Marco Rubio. During his time in the Senate, Caleb oversaw a policy portfolio covering financial services, tax, budget, welfare programs, family policy, housing, and trade.

Caleb lives in Miami, Florida, where he pastors a local church plant. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baylor University and a Masters in Public Affairs from the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas.
