Family formation is a strong determinant of life outcomes for children, as well as adults. Amidst the many complex factors involved in family stability, our research will consider the role policy plays in helping or hindering family stability.
Through the lens of social capital, we aim to identify the key trends that create the healthiest family environments and relationships.
