Welcome to the Social Capital Campaign, where we are promoting social capital and the institutions that create it.

Societies that have an abundance of social capital have higher levels of trust in their institutions, the media, and fellow citizens. As social capital diminishes, trust decreases too.

Being able to form a family, afford to raise children, attain education, get a job, and enjoy life through helping one another is what most Americans aspire to.

The Social Capital Campaign is researching how policy makers can best support people’s aspirations to live the American dream, to grow in trust of each other, and to have the confidence to live not only with people of different backgrounds, but different opinions too.
