The future has arrived and a big shift in how our economy is organized is underway, according to governments and analysts around the world.

President Biden’s large infrastructure ambitions are guided by the prevailing understanding that our economies are shifting from a service economy to a knowledge economy, with the main operating platform for commerce, administration, and maybe even our currency and representation being digital.

We want to take an optimistic view of these enormous changes and technologies – many of them, including social media, still in their infancy. As modes of organizing social capital change, the Social Capital Campaign will identify where new sources of social capital generation are coming from.
